Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from my first ENT specialist visit?

Your ENT doctor would first take a detailed history regarding your complaints and thereafter perform a thorough physical examination. This may include certain procedures such as flexible nasoendoscopy (a look with a camera into your nasal passages) or clearing of the ears. After that, your complaints would be addressed and a treatment plan will be instituted for you.

Please also ask questions related to your condition and if there is any discomfort, please kindly bring it up to Dr Jenica or to our ENT team.

How do I prepare my child for the first visit to the ENT clinic?

It would be good to talk to your child to prepare them for the ENT visit. It is important to know that if they experience is any discomfort or pain to let their parents or the ENT team know.
